Delicatessen Production Line

On the deli line, where emulsion, fermentation and smoking technologies are used, salami, sausage, ham and meats are weighed according to recipes and turned into crushed meat using the food codex and processing aids. All stages from the product contents to the packaging are conducted upon the approval of the Food Safety Team and only the products that comply with the physical, chemical and microbiological criteria are approved to be packaged.
